The place is very nice and they usually get you in and out pretty quickly, but the past few times I’ve gone the quality hasn’t been great. After I left I noticed that the polish didn’t completely cover my nails, which is super noticeable with dark polish. My nails are also filed inconsistently so the shape of my thumbs don’t match… they’re nice and professional but I’d only go if you can overlook details like that.

Would not recommend this nail salon. The man who I assume is the owner was rude and had a nasty attitude. I’ve been to this salon a few times before and have had ok service. I have a regular nail salon I go to but unfortunately they had closed early due to the holiday weekend. The day before I had broke 2 of my nails pretty bad. So because my usual nail salon was closed I figured what harm can it do for them to remove the dip powder manicure I had, and just give me a basic gel manicure until I can get to my regular salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOh my gosh this place is great! I went in this week and got an SNS manicure. It was pretty (picture with glitter mail) but not what I really wanted. The nail tech did everything I asked but it ended up just not being what I wanted. I had to leave for an appointment and called back because I wanted to see if I could make an appointment to change my nails. They told me they have a 3 day guarantee if your nails need to be fixed or if they break and to come right in. I ended up deciding to change my service and the manager literally said “We will do whatever you want.” Wow!! Since I changed my service I should have had to pay full price but they gave me a discount anyway because they wanted to help me out. Great customer service and worth the money! The nail tech did everything I asked but it ended up just not being what I wanted. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here for 8 months. Today was my last time. I came in yesterday and was told there wasn’t a wait, after an hour of sitting there, I got up and left. I made an appt for today at 9:30. I got here and waiting 30 minutes for a tech. She started one hand and then said she had another appt and just got up, grabbed her stuff and left me sitting there. I then I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to assist. Numerous walk ins were helped before me. The staff was rude and laughing at me. Talking about me like I wasn’t sitting right in front of them. My nail technician argued with me about the color I get EVERY time telling me I was wrong. She then rudely said I could get up and get it myself. I also had a cut on my foot and asked her to be careful and she poured nail polish remover all over it TWICE. I know accidents happen but from her behavior before, I felt like this was done maliciously. I am not the only customer who has been treated poorly! Read the reviews! Save your time and go elsewhere! I NEVER post reviews like this, as I was in the service industry for 8 years and know that people have bad days but this is not how you treat customers! it was my first time and i wanted to love it… came in for a deluxe pedicure and It is sloppy. she cut a chunk out of my big toe when she taking the dead skin off.. she was very nice and friendly but it is definitely rushed. This place is all about getting the money and that’s it .. They also don’t use liners in the bowls they just spray it with some cleaner give it one good swipe with a sponge and put the next customer in the chair.. They also sit you in the chair like service are getting ready to start meanwhile you have to wait 20-30 mins for services to begin.. Not impressed at all especially since I have to clean up my own nails.

Broken chairs terrible service and the over priced waxing has made us never want to come back. The appointment was pointless to make. I got nail polish all over my sandal and my toe. Went Thursday afternoon with no appointment. Sign in was easy and was attended to promptly. I love their selection of colors and it’s very reasonable pricing. Nice staff. The place is decorated very nice. My nail tech did a great job and when he used the drill, he checked in often with me to make sure he didn’t hurt or cut me. I would come again. But i don’t live near here.

If I could leave this nail salon 0 starts after my experience today I would. I have been here multiple times and had decent experiences. I signed in today on the iPad for a gel regular pedi and SNS. The tech doing my pedi did not use the callous scrub, or complete the foot massage. I thought at the end that maybe she thought I just wanted a polish change. At checkout I asked the receptionist what was included in the regular pedi. I told her NICELY that I didn’t get the full service therefore I felt like I should only be charged for the gel polish change. She got the manager and the nail tech, and the manager told me that the nail tech said she did it. I removed my shoes to show her that she in fact did not. The nail tech that I saw then yelled at me in her language and was very rude. At this point, a phone was shoved in my face. The owner (I assume) stated that he felt it was “unreasonable for me to not pay for a service I got.” I then informed him that I felt it was unreasonable to pay for a service that was not correctly rendered. I informed him I did not have time to wait and get another therefore I felt paying for the polish change was acceptable. He agreed and spoke w/ the manager on the phone. Several hours later the owner calls me to inform me I owe them $10 because they miscalculated. I informed him that I felt I did not owe this as him and his manager should have communicated better and I already had such a bad experience. He then asked me “are you having financial trouble?”
