Read all the great reviews so I went here about 4 weeks ago for the first time for a gel pedicure and full set on my nails. My tips looked great for a day and then they started breaking because of how thin the acrylic was applied; nails came fully off three days later. Gel pedicure looked great as well…fast forward to now and my toenails are cracking and breaking off (literally). Very upset and now I’m embarrassed to go to another salon for a new gel pedicure because of how bad my toenails look right now.

I really wanted to like this place but the nail tech absolutely destroyed my nail, during a gel refill she cut through the gel and through my nail bed. I told her twice to stop and she kept going back to the same spot until it was bleeding and even then I had to tell her to stop so I could clean the wound. Beyond the fact that it was incredibly painful i now have to wait for the nail to grow out. The tech did apologize but I will never go back, I’ve had my nails refilled 100’s of times and this has never happened.
