I had odd experiences in all except Viva!! Prices are very fair and they are so appreciative.I had to fly out for a special occasion and called on Monday to get a last second appointment. I didn’t realize they were closed on Mondays. Helen, the owner, ended up opening up the salon for an hour or so to take care of me and a friend. Viva nails does an amazing job on nails, however; I am a long-time customer who had standing appointments, and three times since I started going there I was stood up. The last time I had an appointment I got there and there was a sign on the door that they would be closed for 2 weeks for renovation and no one called me to tell me. I know they have my phone number because I give it every time I am there, it’s entered into their iPad software and they have called me before. This last time was right before a vacation for my birthday and I had to find another salon to take care of me. I haven’t heard from them since either. Very disappointing, especially since I did try and help the owner with advertising and other areas she needed help with. I’m not sure what is going on there now, but they are worth a try if you make sure they are open first.
