My experience here was not what I expected. The service was rushed for my manicure, she didn’t cut my cuticles, and left my hands very dry because she didn’t add any oil on top when she was finished. Pedicure was fine becuae it was done by someone different. I paid 87 for a gel pedicure and manicure and I don’t think I got my money’s worth for the service and the end product.

My friend recommended this place because she said their prices are low and nails always look good but I didn’t have a good experience either times I went. I would rather pay $5 more somewhere else. This was my second time here because I was happy with how they turned out the first time and with the price. Made an appointment at 1pm and didn’t start until 1:40pm. I completely understand this happens with businesses but they continually took in walkins here even though people kept showing up with appointments with only 3 people working. They rush nails to get to their next appointments which causes cuts and bleeding. The nails look good but I had three cuts and a deep cut in my thumb. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been here three times for a pedicure in the last 4 months. The first two were okay, not amazing but it’s so close to my house that I went a third time. I am 8 months pregnant and my feet were a little swollen. The man was so rough and rushed taking off the gel polish that he grinded off skin until I said ow and pulled away. He was grinding and not even looking. The whole pedicure was basically like that. It seemed obvious he didn’t care that he was causing pain.

Super clean with Covid protocols (technicians wear masks; plexiglass screens between chairs). Went in after much encouraging from my wife for a pedicure, because my heels were cracking and terrible. The chair was broken and the foot water was cold. The tech was telling me that I was finished inside of 15min, where every woman in there before me was still sitting in the chairs. I had to ask for my heels to be looked at. So she spent an extra 5min on them. I’ve been in before with my wife and the service was much better. If you’re a guy just looking for some to help your feet feel better there’s probably a better place to go. Very disappointed with the time and care. I wasn’t in a hurry and I was the last person in the door since I’d arrived and the first one out.

Never ever again! Have been here twice. I brought my granddaughter and a friend to celebrate her birthday. They were rough with my granddaughters friend and she got cut. When we went to get them removed they cut my granddaughters finger so that it bled. Adding insult to injury they put acetone on it, neither was the residue from the acrylics removed completely and put clear polish over it. At 13 she was too embarrassed to tell me what happened until we walked out. Yes, I went back in and let them know what they had done. Still in tears my granddaughter couldn’t bring herself to go back in with me as the tech asked for her to come back in… that wasn’t going to happen, she was too upset. We will never return. What should have been a fun experience turned into tears. Unprofessional, no apologies… sad.
