I have been coming to Viva Nails for over a year, and typically don’t make an appointment as my schedule usually does not allow for me to make and keep one. I am always welcomed by the staff and owner and never have to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes at most to be seen. The service, the aesthetic of the salon is a 10/10. Thank you Viva Nail Spa for always giving my family and I A-1 service.

I am so in love with this salon! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about nails! Everybody has so much patience and knows you by name! I got SNS for the first time in 3 years and I will definitely be coming back to get this service! And can’t forget the eyebrow waxing, I come here bi-weekly to get a good wax! My brows are amazing!

It was my first time at this place, and I got these glittery acrylic nails. The service was okay. My appt was at 10:30 and they started me at 11. My nail tech kept getting up during the session to help other clients, and then she went to go do a brow waxing and USED THE SAME GLOVES when she came back to me. Gross! The absolute worst after paying almost $200 to get a gel mani and pedi less than 1 week later my gel is peeling I went in on the 6th day after I came back from my vacation only to be told I am past my “5 day” guarantee for a free fix ! This is absolutely disgusting . It’s disheartening how they take peoples money and don’t stand by the work. Not to mention my gel polish color was showing thru ! PICS INCLUDED! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! Also in photos you will see my cuticles weren’t even cleaned properly ! Being in a rush to catch a flight I had no time to double back now I kind of wish I did money wasted ! Its literally only been 6 days .

They suck!!!! Especially the male manager. I didn’t want to leave any stars, but I had to select one to write a comment. I entered this establishment at 1:47, the receptionist told me 45 minutes. I entered my information as a new customer and informed the receptionist I’d be back. I l returned at 2:35. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist, if I’d be next? She directed me to the manager. I spoke with the manager, stating that the receptionist told me 45 minutes and how much longer and I noticed that I walked in with several ladies and they were serviced before me. The manager lied and said they were here before. I know that was not true. I asked if a polish change was not priority? He proceeded to ask me if I knew who they were? He then said that they are the number 1 nail salon in the county. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN, number in the county or not. The managers customer service was curt and distasteful. The receive no stars. I felt racially profiled. 🙁

It happens but the Manager was very unprofessional about it, wanted to argue with me and actually refused to fix them. Ultimately, someone else came over and corrected it. Critical: QualityI ordered a manicure and asked that my cuticles be done.. The clippers were not clean. They were not packaged and just sitting in the dirty bin with all of the other supplies and then were used on me! I spoke up and said ” that equipment was not clean!” The manicurist said” I wiped them down with alcohol in the back.”Nooooooo! That is not sterile!!! I am a RN. Also this is the job I got done. They are unmatched. Nancy has been my nail tech for years and pays close attn to detail plus friendly. I’ve also received services from the owner’s brother. He’s very detail oriented as well and personable. If you have an ingrown toenail/fingernail then both of them are your go-tos. Love Viva ❤️ Hope they start offering beverages again like other salons in the area.

Pretty place but they’re extremely rude. My friend and I wanted to get nails done together. I got there before she did and they were treating me like I was stupid saying that I needed to start getting my nails done before she got there because they might not have availability later. The place was EMPTY. Plus, so what if I want to wait for my friend? That’s my problem, you don’t need to be rude about it. For a nail “spa,” they should understand that getting your nails done is meant to be an experience, not a “task.” Same goes for people who go get coffee at Starbucks instead of brewing it at home. I walked out before giving them my money. It wasn’t worth the disrespect.

I went there today to get a pedicure because they’d sent me a 20% off coupon. What I did not expect, was that Marcus and the woman doing a pedicure next to him would be laughing, joking and talking badly about my feet and toes. I had him stop the service and I quietly left. People do not come to get their toes done to be bullied. This can often be a common theme in nail salons, because an assumption is usually made that the average person may not understand the language being spoken. As a result, they feel it is okay to be openly disrespectful. I am not the average person and this was incredibly hurtful and disappointing.
