Vanessa burned my hair off. Once she started putting on the Wella toner, it started burning when i told her she disregarded it. After she started combing she told me my hair was falling. I had to get extensions from someone else, the whole bottom part of my hair fell off and eventually on top. I wouldn’t come back even if someone payed me to.

Went in not knowing what to expect, needed a haircut. I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she took care of me good. I was used to the quick haircut, rush mindset. This lady took her time, straight razored the edges. Did a nice job cutting it. I think she’ll be my new go to. And the $15 price tag is the norm.
