I did the vivace treatment 2 times. They said I can buy a package for 3 for $1500 and it would be cheaper so I did. I Saw zero improvement with anything so I asked if I can apply my balance to a different treatment. Sure, but now my two prior treatments were gonna be full price which they didn’t tell me when I first asked when I purchased it. I don’t know exact dollar amounts all I know is they said I had $200 something dollars left (instead of the $500 I assumed, cause ya know 3 x $500= $1500). I made an appointment for Morpheus and I would have owed $300 or so on top of my credit and the lady I spoke to was snippy so as days went on before my scheduled treatment I chose not to proceed because I wasn’t a fan of how this whole transaction went, I wasn’t about to give them MORE money. Anyway I wanted to cancel but as a mom to a toddler and the 5,000 other things I have to do during the day Vitra wasn’t on my mind during their business hours. I found the google messaging feature though last minute and sent them a message the day of so they at least would know I wasn’t a no show and their response was “there is several ways to contact them”. I’m sorry but I don’t know any of those ways except phone call and not sure of any way to reach you around business hours! Either way I told you guys to deduct the $50 “no show” fee from my balance and you took more money out of my account without permission. You already have $300 of my free money for doing nothing ..bunch of crooks with nasty attitudes.

Erin made the threadlift procedure quick and painless; while Dani provided a simple skin routine with the eye and face creams. The two stars rather than one is only because of the sweet personalities of the people that work there- It has been four months since my experience there and I have been patiently waiting however one eye has not returned to the shape it once was. Too much botox at $14 a unit and way too much in the forehead eye area could be the only culprit as they were perfectly wonderfully shaped the way they were. I was told that we could add more to the other side so they would look the same but once again which I expressed while I was there (four times) I never asked to change the shape of my eyes. The very reason more was added was to try to fix a huge crease that presented itself following my initial injection. So my post is to advise others to be careful and more apprehensive do your research and even then question the amounts used before proceeding forward.
