Vitality Spa is a med spa located in Keizer, Oregon. It is owned and operated by Paul and Michelle Garcia, husband and wife team of Certified Advanced Estheticians. They opened the spa in May of 2018. Their goal was to open a med spa that could provide quality, current, and affordable laser treatments in a comfortable setting. They have continued to focus on adding new equipment and treatments to provide clients with a robust array of treatments. They currently offer laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, plasma fibroblast and body contouring.

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! First of all the results have been amazing, but the owners of this business are the kindest, most thorough, honest, professional people I have ever dealt with. They really go on the journey with you. And what a fantastic journey it has been. I first contacted vitality spa for those pesky chin hairs. I am a 69 year old woman and they were getting quite unmanageable. They are now GONE! The laser treatment worked! It was so effective, I then went on and had micro needling. The results have blown my mind. Even my husband has noticed, which is saying a lot . People have thought my 10 year younger sister and I are twins! No joke! Paul then told me about the lipo ultrasound. After the first treatment, I have already gone down 1and 1/2 inches in my abdomen! Just had my second treatment and hoping for even better results. I have gone down a dress size and all my regular clothes fitting very loosely. I actually wore a favorite dress to church yesterday I have not been able to zip up in years, and it was actually somewhat loose! Zipped up with no problem. So exciting! Who said older women have to be thick waisted? Paul and his clinic are my new heroes. I would 100% recommend them! I already have! To my sister. My friends. Even my 46 year old daughter. Go to them. You won’t regret it.

Oh my!! I ran across this add, and saw the pictures of the Spa and read about the services! It looked amazing! I was in shock about all they offer and the prices! I have been wanting a few tattoos removed for a long time and could never find a place that would work for me! Vitality Spa, it was it, I just knew it! I spoke with Paul, who is amazing! He got right back to me when I left a message. Walked me through the full process, then prices! It was very nice, I didn’t feel pressured at all! He got me in, in a very timely manner. Once I had my first procedure I was hooked! To my amazement they even have a way you can get a line of credit, it was easy, and fast! Just like that I was approved, an able to start on checking of my list of things I needed and wanted done! It seem that the Spa just keeps getting new things! I really like that they stick to the times! The last time I went back they had to offer a line of skin care! While I waited which was very short, I was almost done looking at the book they have that talks about all of them ! I definitely had questions, and Paul sat down with me and asked me what my goals where, he helped me with my decision on what I wanted to get! Very helpful! I love the products! I’ve been going to Vitality for years now. I started with laser hair removal and it was extremely effective. I was so happy with the results I decided to try something else they offered, micro needling. It’s now my new obsession. I’ve had 3 visits and I honestly can’t fully describe the amazing results I’ve experienced. I had hyperpigmentation, a few sun spots, as well as sebaceous hyperplasia. Anyone who has that knows it’s impossible to get rid of without a laser or fairly extreme measures. Mine is now gone, as is my hyperpigmentation and don’t get me started on how my pores have disappeared. I get so many complements on how my skin glows and I swear it does. I’ll continue to get these treatments as part of an ongoing maintenance routine. Paul is phenomenal at what he does and he’s also an exceptionally caring person who makes you feel welcome and comfortable during your sessions. I can’t recommend this spa enough!

I’ve been looking for the ultimate facial for a while but it wasn’t until I tried microneedling that I finally found what I was looking for. I even have a fear of needles, but I must say it’s nothing like what I expected. The experience was Amazing! This place is clean and tastefully decorated. I look forward to my sessions. Yes, you’re a bit red afterward so I wouldn’t plan any events right after your session but the results are so worth it. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my skin until I started microneedling. Also, if you’re interested, I would recommend taking advantage of the three pack deal if you can. It’s a 3 month commitment but I promise, you’ll be hooked after the first session. The stem cell package is the one that I recommend but if you don’t have a good skin care regimen at home with medical grade product, it’s worth it to splurge and go with the package that offers product too (trust me, you’ll need it after your session). I’m excited for anyone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and give microneedling a try.

I absolutely love Vitality Spa and Paul! I have been seeing Paul for over two years now for microneedling on my face. I have seen a huge difference with the reduction of fine lines and pore size. I recently had Plasma Fibroblast completed on my upper and lower eyelids. Again, I’m seeing significant changes with the reduction of fine lines and puffiness under my eyes.
