Had an extremely relaxing time. The massage was pretty good. The atmosphere was very calming. Sasha was my masseuse, I think she did a really good job, and she was extremely friendly, all the staff was. I was also late to my appointment and they were very understanding. I would definitely come back.

Critical: ProfessionalismScheduled a couples massage after our first one last week for a week later. My girlfriend woke up sick this morning so we had to reschedule. Youd think with COVID etc,, that wouldn’t be a problem..The place doesn’t open until 10am, our appt was at 1pm. They didn’t answer their phones until almost 11, then gave me an attitude when I told them she woke up sick literally saying “she just noticed she’s sick now, its against our cancelation policy?” Oh, im sorry. Let her plan to be sick so we can give you 24 hour notice. Oh also, you guys don’t even open until 10am, or listen to messages (the 50+ you had blinking on your answering machine last week) very unprofessional.Scheduled a couples massage after our first one last week for a week later. I actually was surprised I tend to take online review for face value. But this place either took the suggestions or the reviews were off. The beds were clean, soft and comfortable. The champagne was nice as well as three large fresh strawberries. Both of the massages were amazing. Ever my girlfriend was raving about it and she tends to be more on the shy side. I would try it at least once don’t believe the hype

First off, I dont know if they’re Vitality Spa or Wholistic Spa like the groupon I bought says but the sign outside said Vitality Spa so lets go with that.

Bought a couple’s massage Groupon for this place and it was really nice. Massage went well even though they tried to pressure us into buying things from them after the service. Fast forward two or so years and I bought another couples massage Groupon only this time they said they wouldn’t allow me to use it because I wasn’t a first time buyer. Nowhere was this stated so I was pretty upset that they were only telling me this before what is supposed to be a relaxing massage. The lady working at the spa pressured me into returning my Groupon and asked that I purchased the same service through the spa directly. I felt uneasy and unsure about the ability to return my Groupon since I had bought it a while ago. I wound up walking out on the entire thing because the lady was really too pushy. She then started speaking Spanish to me on “accident” just too weird, unprofessional place. If Groupon is taking too many of their profits why don’t they pull the offers off the site rather than inconveniencing their customer base. I won’t go here again and I do not recommend.

AKA Holistic Spa on Groupon. Dont bother. Place was clean. Staff very friendly and nice but not sure they have any idea what a massage is. Went for a couple massage, very dissatisfied. No actual massage. Rubbed my back open hand lightly and then my thigh, then part of my arm. Went from calf up and down motion to scalp- it was terrible. Seriously. Then they try to sell you something on the way out. Just a NO

This review is not based on the quality of the massage, but of the customer service I had experienced. If this is suppose to be a service business, then I would expect both to be equally exceptional. This is, however, not the case.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismAlthough I was not a client I was someone who had an interview scheduled and guess what? The woman never showed up. Yes, you read that correctly. In a crazy world where there are millions of people on unemployment; one should be delighted when a knowledgeable, hard working, organized individual with many years of customer service experience is anxious to work. The woman seemed nice and professional the prior day but on the day of the interview she was nowhere to be found. How does one operate a business like that? I see that some of the reviews mention their poor customer service and I am sure that is true. I called, text, knocked on the door (in the pouring rain while wearing a dress) and there was no response. I called the main number yesterday, left a message, and still nothing. I do hope that the woman is “ok” but I think that a follow-up is not too much to ask. I hope they massage better than they schedule.Although I was not a client I was someone who had an interview scheduled and guess what? The woman never showed up. Yes, you read that correctly. This place is terrible. The staff is completely unprofessional and the customers do not come first in their case. I purchased a voucher but couldn’t attend my massage because I am not in town to use it and they told me they are going to charge me 20$ to extend my voucher. Why is that? I never even booked an appointment. They also said that I should’ve called 15 days prior to when my voucher expires before they can extend my voucher time but first of all they did not tell me this when I purchased the voucher (unprofessional) and second of all I have been calling them and leaving messages on their answering machine for the past month, and they didn’t call me back once (unprofessional). Apparently, they do not listen to their answering machine. Why have it if you won’t listen to the messages? I’m even lucky someone answered the phone today. I’m very upset. What a waste of money…. A bunch of thieves they are. I would not recommend anyone go to this spa, let alone buy a spa voucher from them. Oh, and to put the icing on the cake, I asked the man on the phone if they had a Facebook page, but he said no….I just found the page. I also asked for their website, and he put me on hold for 2 minutes, comes back on the phone and gives me the internet site to another vitality spa in North Carolina….So not only are they thieves, but they are liars as well.
