I’ve been using this place for a little over a month now, specifically the cryotherapy. My lower back was always super stiff and I knew a buddy who had done cryotherapy. So I went and checked it out and found out it’s inside a whole gym! So I actually canceled at my planet fitness and signed up here for both the Vitality and the gym. I do cryotherapy three times a week and it’s awesome to limber new up before my workouts! I don’t review places that often but everyone is SO nice there. With a the help of cryotherapy and the awesome gym, my strength is coming back quick. I can almost deadlift 200lbs again!
