I just love this place. I’ve been going here almost two years and everyone in this office is so professional and very nice. Christy is incredible. She does my lips perfectly! She takes her time and makes sure that you’re comfortable throughout the process. I absolutely LOVE my results. She’s a perfectionist and I love it!! I get a full syringe of Juvederm Ultra and she does such an incredible job that they look very natural. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Best in the area!!!! Others around just don’t compare. Vitality is truly a top notch med spa!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The office is pleasant and inviting. Dr. McRae cares for her clients and works with them so they can live a happy healthy life. She was instrumental in discovering a chronic condition in our daughter that the pediatricians office dismissed. I had dermaplane done today-more than “face shaving”, but you get the idea. It was great. The young lady that did it, Ellie, was very thorough and she added extra moisturizer to my skin since it was so dry. Does not take long, and it is very relaxing. Very conscientious and professional people work there. I’ve worked with them on HRT and many other things for over 5 years now. Really find it a top-notch facility! Highly recommend a look at their services.

Dr. McRae is one in a million. She works diligently to figure out exactly what your issues are and then how to make you better fast. She found many issues with my husband and I and then worked to provide us treatment options that have worked. Love the staff, they are all highly professional and very good at their jobs. I highly recommend Vitality Natural Wellness & Medspa!! The entire staff is so nice and genuinely care about you!! Not to mention the office is absolutely gorgeous!! As a vegan I always want to make sure I am not deficient in any vitamin area and that I’m running at my best, they are always there to make sure I am doing so. Vitality is the type of place you typically find in bigger cities…Mansfield is very lucky to have them!

I could write a book on why I love this office but let me just say Ive spent 3yrs with horrible symptoms just trying to get a diagnosis from Cleveland Clinic and after just 3 visits to Dr McRae she has been more helpful and has above and beyond what Ive ever experienced to diagnosis and treat my condition. The staff is wonderful and treat you like a person, taking time to listen to you and understand what it is you need. Defiantly recommend them to everyone.
