Wasted hard earned money on PRP procedure that was recommended by owner. I believe this newly opened office did not have the skin product I requested initially and instead pushed this PRP procedure on me at the last minute. I did not get the desired lifting effects and instead had an allergic reaction to the procedure that left my face swollen with dark discoloration. Owner is incompetent, never offered any remedy, nurse who contacted me was rude and accusatory, and I would not recommend this “spa”. The spa also smells like mold which should have been a red flag to me also. You live and learn. Go at your own risk.

I never made an appointment, or set foot in the place. I contacted Groupon, and Vitality insisted I redeemed them. Others have reported the same problem! Dishonest merchant!
