My experience at Vitality Med Spa Peoria was good for the most part. My 2 complaints would be….whenever I called the Peoria location on the days open no one ever answered the phones. I had to call the Scottsdale location to make my appointments. And the other is the lack of communication about added cost. I was never told that the lab work was optional. The problem was that after I received my lab results and read them myself, they charged me $55 at my 6 week weigh in to go over my labs. My understanding was that lab results were included in the $400 I had already paid. The lady at the desk seems a bit overwhelmed which I relate to my issues with this location. But overall the staff is friendly and the products I purchased from them worked.

My daughter and I were excited to hear what Vitality Medspa could do to help us feel better and reach our goals to be healthier. It was very comforting to be treated with respect and understanding as individuals, and to have our health considered as a whole. There are many factors that cause a person to feel less than 100%. I saw Rachel at the Glendale location yesterday for lip augmentation with juvederm and she not only met but exceeded my expectations. She was warm and accommodating, fully explained the procedure, and asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for out of the procedure. She listened to everything I said, and explained how she was going to achieve my desired results.

Dr.Hicks is AMAZING! I learned more talking to her for 15 minutes than I have talking to my numerous PCP’s over the last 6 years. I had no idea the impact my IUD had on my body.. causing weight gain and preventing weight loss. I had no idea the role milk played either…i am Two weeks off dairy and I don’t feel puffy anymore and my complexion isn’t Red and I actually lost 7 lbs in two weeks. She made me feel like I could do this! I thank God everyday that I met her and I am grateful for her passion to naturopathic medicine and teaching others about it!!
