Luckily I don’t need reminded of my own appointments. I go to my appointment, the door is locked, there are no cars in the parking lot, no one answered the phone when I called inside, and all the lights were off inside. If you closed or had an emergency it would have been nice to receive a text or phone call stating they would be closed. Super ridiculous place, and not professional at all. I even knocked on the door too and nothing.
