So disappointed in my Swedish Massage. Ashleigh, the spa manager was very nice, but my 60 minute massage was 40 minutes. When I asked her about it she said, “This was a Swedish Massage, just light pressure and to relax you.” I feel like I paid for lotion being rubbed on me. The spa was very chilly. I also let her know I was a little chilly. Her comment, “We keep it cooler in here at times”. The most disappointing massage experience I’ve had and boy did I sneak the time in to splurge on this too. Darn it!
