I wish this place was reliable, as a person who gets regularly iv infusions, if this were a reliable resource I would use them weekly. However!!! In no way they are concerned with patients health or at all trustworthy. They even recently changed their name due to negative reviews. They have horrible customer care communication. Last time I made an appointment for 10:45 AM, at 9:45AM they CALLED TO CANCEL MY APPT, Super unprofessional, very unreliable, Terrible company practice, really disappointed

I made an appointment for Botox. When I got to my appointment I saw the PA drawing up Xeomin and I questioned it. In which she responded that Xeomin is the same thing. They actually are different and have a different price point! I was shocked! Xeomin is much cheaper than Botox but yet I was charged the Botox price. I haven’t seen any difference in my lines than before I received Xeomin. Maybe this was even a placebo idk.. Also it seemed like she didn’t know how to give injections. Poor technique and hand position while giving this injection. Don’t go here and waste your money like I did! Also you don’t want to go to a place that is not transparent about what medication you are actually receiving.

Went in for a quick procedure and felt like I HAD to upgrade to the IV treatment, even through I didn’t care to do so. The staff kept pushing me and I felt very uncomfortable! I went ahead and did it because I felt very pressured to do so, but they lost a client.
