The first time I went they did a good job. The second time I went in they charged me $110 for pedi and dip which is fine but it all chipped the next day. I went in 3 days to have it fixed since they were closed for MDW spend another 2 and a half hours to walk out with nails that are in the picture. I never leave bad reviews but to charge me an extra fee for this. I’m mind blown.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I am a Summit resident for 16 years. I like long designed nails. Lue, the small young lady did a great job on my nails and design for a reasonable price! The pedicure I received for $55 wasn’t as great It’s a basic light wash of your feet. No scrubbing to take off dead skin, nor great (gel) polish, it looks a mess. But for $20 more you can get a “usually normal” Pedicure with some calluse removal and for $40 more they moisturize too . A lil much for me but I will go back for my nails with Lue . Bring in a pic and she can do it!

Made two appointments for a mani pedi for 5:15pm yesterday. Upon arrival we were greeted by what seemed to be the owner/management. She was very friendly but this review is more for the two woman that serviced my friend and I. We began with our pedicures and decided to upgrade to the “organic matter” package for our gel pedicures. During these pedicures we were asked by the ladies if we were only getting our feet done which we responded no we booked an appointment for a gel mani/ pedi. Then proceeded to express to each other how “they were going to be here all night” right in front of us. The pedicure was very rushed and my feet were not even scrubbed with the pumice. Just a cuticle clean up and polish. They finished the pedicure by wrapping the mask on our feet and rushed us to a quick manicure. I did have acrylics on one hand that I did not finish removing and it was not until payment was due that she mentioned a $15 acrylic removal fee for one hand. I feel very disappointed and robbed by this place. I was charged $115 for mediocre service. I am not one to complain but I FEEL VERY ROBBED and people should stead away from this place !

They wanted to charge me more when I pointed it out to them instead of spending a few seconds more scrubbing. It was the worst pedicure I have had, definitely not worth the $40 I paid with tip.
