After learning the myriad benefits of infrared sauna use, I stumbled on a Groupon for this location. I booked over the phone with Louis, who was about as friendly and informative as they come. He got me in same day, and I was welcomed warmly upon arrival. The entire facility is so clean and my treatment room was private and well-stocked with everything I needed. The session itself was like a mini vacation and I look forward to my other sessions. It was nice to have the shower before my drive home. Post-session, Louis introduced me to the other staff, and explained some available services. The office is a bit of a hike for me from St Augustine, but it may be worth it for having found a Functional Medicine Doctor on-site.

Bought my fiancee a 90 minute massage, but she was only given a 60 minute massage that she told me was done poorly. She has since received an email offering her next one at a discount since the guy who did the original massage is no longer there but we will not be going back seeing how she didn’t get what was paid for the first time.

We have tried 4 separate occasions to get massages here. First time, their online scheduling wasn’t syncing to their office. So my husband drove 30 minutes to the appointment to find out it was never on their schedule. Then they rescheduled. Then I also scheduled. Then we got called that the masseuse left and they are finding someone new. Then had to reschedule us again. They also have a Groupon for massages but don’t bother because they don’t even have massage therapist on staff or they can’t keep them. We have given up. It’s nonstop issues to even get an appointment. So unorganized. No compensation offered for the two appointments my husband drove 30 minutes to. Just “so sorry”.
