Best Nail experience ever! Nancy did a great job on my mani and pedi! This salon is beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. It is very clean and consistent! Great prices, I will return for all my nail work!

I wish there was a rating that said “worst experience ever!” I fell for the new manager fixing all the problems bullsh*t that I read in the other reviews. WRONG! I am so tired of paying for services I can do better myself. The first thing that upset me was when the woman who was painting my toes started on the color she took a personal call and continued it until long after my nails were dry. When I inspected her work I saw that she had cut off nearly all the corners, and when we started I specifically told her to file and do not cut! Now this may sound like I’m being picky but when i pay 23 dollars for such a service I expect it to be far better than I could do. A couple of days later I began to feel a strange pain in the corner of my big toe nail and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what was wrong, finally i took a nail file and ran it under the edge of my nail and figured out it was the start of an ingrown toe nail. I didn’t think anything of it because I had solved the problem and the pain went away, but about 3-4 weeks later I went to take the polish of and found a bruise. So i decided to call the salon and ask for the manager but it took me about 2 weeks to actually contact them when the manager was there. (keep in mind I am a full time student and its finals…) Today i went in to speak with her to ask for a refund seeing as i will have this nasty bruise for months. I was denied! One of her responses to me during our argument was “We have ladies come in all the time with bruises like that & they don’t know what happened, so they must have dropped something on it.” How does that make any sense?! Obviously all of us are not unknowingly hurting ourselves, YOU ARE DOING IT! Not everyone in this world is a liar and I cant believe with the proof plainly on my toe she still didn’t believe me. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there to get a pedi they don’t take their time to do quality work, the nail polish chipped with In hours and they didn’t even paint the whole nail or ensure the color was consistent in no way would I recommend this place
