I’ve had shoulder pain after my surgery. Ms Nova was able to get me in for my first ever massage. I was nervous about it being painful but she made sure I was never in any pain. It was nice to walk out of their with less pain I’ve had with physical therapy. I couldn’t rave enough about the professionalism she had and how courteous she. I will definitely be booking more appointments with her. I will be recommending her to all my friends. Thank you Ms. Nova.5 stars for sure can’t wait till next vist.

I’m not one who generally enjoys massage and can’t stand to be touched by strangers, but this was an amazing experience. It wasn’t my first massage, but it was definitely my best. Nova did a great job making me feel comfortable with the process and in my own skin. I can’t wait to go back again soon and am so glad it’s near home. I wasn’t expecting such a professional and serene atmosphere in our little town.

It’s a small little massage parlor in the depths of Smith Station, so honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was so tranquil and professional. The massage was amazing and the environment too. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy , 2 years ago & have struggled with severe pain throughout the entirety of my body. I’ve had to under go physically therapy since the diagnosis and many studies , with many specialists telling me and my family to get a massage done. We had definitely talked about it and spoke how it was something that could definitely benefit my body however the financial point was frustrating so we just kinda “ stopped “ talking about it ! Until this ! Me and my momma bought my Stepdaddy a Gift Certificate for a massage , for “ this new place down the road “ , 6 months go by and he says he really doesn’t want to do it ! So the sweet woman Nova , who did my massage let me use the gift certificate & when i arrived i told her , everything & she listened !! I had a wonderful experience !! I had been so cautious to get a massage but today i was so comfortable and am so thankful to be given some relief !! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning !! AWESOME EXPERIENCE !!!!❤️

My wife and I have used massage for over a decade, so when we moved to this area three years ago, finding a good massage therapist was important. Nova has exceeded our expectations. Honestly, we thought it would be tough to find a good therapist in a small community, and that we would have to go to Columbus or Auburn. Not so. She knows exactly what she is doing, and is always sure to find out what her clients need most. She will customize the session to meet the client’s needs.

This experience was wonderful. I looked for a massage place that would accommodate both me and my wife for valentine’s. Vita Nova is a hidden gem that needs to be recognized. The service was amazing the facility is clean and safe. The price was affordable I can’t speak highly enough. I am going back and if you book it you will not be disappointed.
