My husband got me a gift certificate to get a facial here and it was just ok. I was expecting it to be relaxing and gentle, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I would say that it felt like a deep tissue massage but for your face and scalp. So if you’re looking for that type of experience then this is the place for you. I can’t say that it was terrible because Sarah was very nice and there was a very relaxing ambiance in the room I was in.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I use to rave about this place to all my friends and family but my last visit here has made me want to never step foot into this spa again. My korean scrub lasted not even 5 minutes. The lady rushed me out of there and into my massage. My massage started off pretty good but then the lady continues to take phone calls in between, texting whenever it dinged, goes out to greet customers, chats and laughs with them for a few minutes before coming back in to continue my massage. She did this a few times in between my massage- not just once. It was terrible. Your customer on your massage table should be your main priority! It ruined the entire experience for me. If you must, hire someone to cover the front desk please! Extremely unprofessional. Wasted so much money for such poor service.

Felt & smelled worse than before going in. This spa used Ivory bar & liquid soap, St Ivys scrub, tresemia and large bottle of dawn dish soap used on skin! No essential oils or nice smells, no spa music, robe had no belt, wasn’t given anything to cover with during Korean scrub. I could hear everything going on in the other rooms, heard other patron saying ouch, that burns then saying nope I’m good I’m done I have sensitive skin have psoriasis ect.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityScheduled a massage for my birthday online at 10am. The sign said open but the door was locked, after calling the number on the door I got a hold of someone who called whomever was working and they let me in. Went in for a 60 minute relaxation massage which turned into a 60 minute deep tissue. The massage was uncomfortable at best and I have visible bruises on my back from it. When the “massage” was done I was asked if I was paying cash or card, and when I said card the woman said “You don’t have cash? I want cash.” The deep tissue was $80, and when I paid with a $100 bill and asked for change she said the rest was for her and that was it. Absolutely not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.Scheduled a massage for my birthday online at 10am. If you look at the website, it reads 90 minute relaxation message and infrared sauna for two-$120. Great deal, or so it would seem. The massage people were abrupt and violent. I am bruised. The massage was 60 minutes ( although as bruised as I am, thankfully it wasn’t longer). They charged us $80 each for getting beat up basically and never said the sauna would cost extra or I wouldn’t have done it. They charged us an additional $20 for the sauna that we got kicked out of before our time was up. Then had the gall to ask for a tip. Never going back. False advertising and rude. Do not get ripped off!!!

Was ok. Not spa like. Have had a worse massage….but have had MUCH better. Scheduled a Deep Tissue…more like a swedish. Then the whole hitting at the end…..not a fan at all. Will probably not go back. Not worth the $$.

We booked a very last minute infrared spa time, Vita Day Spa was accommodating and very pleasant. The spa was clean and the pricing seemed very reasonable.I would not hesitate to return.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a great experience at Vita – I will admit I was nervous considering the bad reviews before booking an appointment. I had Coco and decided on a 60 min + hot stone massage. I was impressed with the massage quality (I book quarterly) and the variations of massage included in my appointment. As far as tipping, 20%+ is appropriate.

Was my first time getting a wax and I have to say Sarah was very professional about it and making sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismDefinitely very different from massage experiences I’ve had elsewhere. To start, I was asked to undress beyond what I was comfortable with. The massage therapist got up on the table andstradled me. She talked to another employee while massaging me which was not relaxing. About two thirds of the way through my massage she tells me that my appointment was too late and I need to make an earlier one next time. Will definitely not be going back.Definitely very different from massage experiences I’ve had elsewhere. To start, I was asked to undress beyond what I was comfortable with.
