I’ve been here half a dozen times and always had a great experience. Except for today I had a 90 minute massage which cost $80 so I tipped $15 which I thought was fair and the massage lady I had looked at her boss and said something in their language which the boss than said to me 90 minutes do you wanna tip her more. I felt that was really rude and unappreciative. I won’t be coming here anymore.

I got an hour foot massage for $60 and it was not worth it. The staff member who gave me the massage was doing her front staff duties while doing my massage, she was calling clients with one hand and massaging my foot hard with the other. I told her that she was doing it too hard and she addressed it for a minute but then she forgot. I was not happy with the service so I decided to tip 10%. She looked at my tip, made a face and said “next time you come, more tip, this it too little”. The customer service throughout my visit was poor.

Been to this place about 3 times due to appointments being unavailable at my usual spa. Massage was great! However, loads of distraction as the the facility is small and the walls are very thin. Not much of a relaxing environment. You hear the dogs barking at the pet store next door, phones ringing, people talking, foot steps etc. Most importantly the “owner” wants to dictate how much TIP(GRATUITY) you will give for your service. Keep in mind I was tipping approximately 12% for my service. The environment doesn’t cut it and it’s absolutely RUDE to tell customers how much to tip. I will stick with SKINSTATION with minor price increase and quality service! Reflexology needs training on customer service!

Massage therapists really get those spots. I’ve been here for couples massages over the years and we always feel amazing afterwards. They’re lovely, affordable and welcoming. It’s a lil unsettling when they’re answering calls n making appointments while they’re walking on your back but they’re popular I guess LOL The place isn’t fancy but if you’re looking for a great affordable massage with hot stones, this is it.

I purchased a couples massage off of Groupon to visit this location . When I walked it it was a refreshing feeling they had very nice air conditioning and offered water . We got there an hour early and they still took us . The massage room was decent and the chair was 4/5 . The massage although rough was good after so I needed that . I will come back and do this maybe 2/3 times a year because they took out all the knots but it wasn’t to pleasant
