Critical: ValueWent in and had a consultation which was very comfortable and encouraging. Throughout my haircut I had to keep telling the stylist to cut here or there it was very frustrating and the blow dry was so horrible had to go home wash and blow my hair .I called the next day to say how unhappy I was after spending 75 dollars and asked if the stylist can look over tge haircut since I had a Easter event I was told stylist is busy until the weekend after explaining I don’t live in the neighborhood and would have to drive for an hr and pay tolls to get here on tge weekend I was still denied service not even an apology or willing to look at my hair.
