Even though I was overweight, I first went to Vista Wellness because I wasn’t sleeping well. I wanted to know if a hormonal imbalance was causing my difficulty sleeping. I had completely given up on losing weight. I successfully lost weight on my own after my first two pregnancies in my 20s. After my second two pregnancies in my 30s (and now in my 40s), I found it impossible to lose weight. I even tried working with a dietitian for over a year with absolutely no weight loss. I assumed that my age was making it impossible to lose weight, and I gave up. So I visited Dr. Bennett for hormone treatment, but she also helped me with weight loss. Not only am I sleeping better, but I have lost 20 pounds in my first two months as her patient. I am looking forward to losing 15 more and being in the best shape of my life! I could not recommend Vista Wellness more highly.
