If you are a patient person who loves a high quality manicure – then this place is for you. If you are impatient in the slightest, do not bother. Vista nails has a phone number, but no phone in store. They do not answer the phone and never will. You can call a million times and you will never get someone to speak to you. If you want to schedule an appointment, you need to drive into town, walk in, and schedule one in person most likely for a different day and time. They almost never have room for walk-ins. And they are not afraid to tell you that they are just too busy and popular to answer their phones. If you can put that aside and make your appointment, you will have a good experience. Liam did my acrylic fill manicure today and he was nothing but a perfectionist and I left with one of the best manicures I have gotten in Del Rio in almost 9 months! I have tried LV nails and Solar Nails, and I would prefer to come to Vista Nails now.

I have been going here for so long, they have become family! The business and the people there are the BEST! They are meticulous with your nails and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I trust everyone explicitly! Soooo many super cute polishes to choose from! Stressed? I tried using this RACIST business. I walked in the crazy looking lady looked me up and down and said they were busy as if they don’t accept walk in. I came back to the dump for an early Monday appointment she said 2pm they didn’t want to take me. I despise places like this and can only hope they lose money and their doors close soon.

Amazing! I came into Vista Nails this weekend uncertain of what I wanted to do with my hands and came out with this lovely gel manicure. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!!!

No pleased with my experience. Made an appointment and waited for 30 minutes to be seen bc they sat down another client who came in after me. When I finally got my nails done, it was poorly done and rushed. They left air bubbles in my nail and just painted over it, and that part came off after my appointment. Will not be returning Manicure

I have been coming to Vista nails now for almost a year. Vanna does a fantastic job on my nails. Lately though, in the last 3 months, no one will answer the phone so I can make an appointment. It is very frustrating as I travel a lot and live across town and it is very inconvenient to have to drive to the business to make an appointment. I do not have the time for that when all they really have to do is answer the phone. I have mentioned it several times when I have gone to have my nails done, so this has left me no choice but to look for another salon to do my nails. I have always tipped well and just feel that they are not recognizing loyal customers and they will begin to lose business, unless maybe customer service is not important?
