First-time trying out the salon…was recommended by a family member. My Stylist ♀️, Lisa, was great. I got a shampoo, wrap and curl. She was professional, yet very friendly at the same time. She explained the products she used on my hair and what they would do for my dry scalp…The other stylist/customers were equally as friendly…seemed to be a pleasant atmosphere. She got me in and out within a reasonable time. Here’s prices were on point for the service I received…I will be returning to see Ms. Lisa again. Thank you

Critical: ProfessionalismUpon arrival noticed the open sign was turned on open and also a sign on the front door stated call for appointment, I looked & saw the barber and motion to him I will call.I called and spoke to a young woman and she asked me what time would I like my appointment, I stated I was outside the door 20 minutes is good.There was a pause and then she said nevermind we’re closed. I told her I can see insde and I can see the barber, the sign says open.Then she said we’re close now and we’re going to clean it, I said you were just going to give me a haircut was it because you saw who I am standing outside? Worst hair cut ever. There must have been a new person working there because no one was in their chair and there was line for the other guy. If you are going to post you reputation behind the new people they better cut hair good otherwise warn customers that this person is not up to par and offer a different rate less than worthy of this businesses’ reputation.
