Continually & repeatedly disappointing. I made the mistake of giving them more chances because of their location – don’t know why I’m surprised each time by how consistently bad they are. Way over-priced, stylists don’t listen to instructions, rude staff, inflexible policies, etc. With so many other options within such a short distance, it is too easy for us to go somewhere else. Finally learned my lesson after yet another bad experience. Even if business is good, why treat customers/potential customers that way?
