This place is amazing. From when I called to make an appointment until I showed up to see if I could be taken at an earlier time; the way I was treated was like no other. This was my first time here and it felt like I’d known Santos my whole life. I always tell everyone the only reason I bother to cut my hair is to get my hair washed. This was the BEST wash I have ever gotten and my hair looks AMAZING as well. I was entertained and treated well from start to finish. What an experience. If there were more stars I would definitely give more.

Santos has been my stylist for the past 20 + yrs. I love his work. Years later he married Prissy and what an amazing addition to Visions. They both make a great team. Unfortunately I moved 10 hours away to NE Texas and can’t go to him on a regular basis, however, he still works on my hair when I’m down in the Valley visiting. He has given me advice over the phone and we all still keep in touch. If you want a great look, this is the place for you!!

Santos was a man who was innovative when he started out alone and today as a family man still understands the gobal trends of style but more importantly will always tell you the best cut for you and the best products to use. Absolutely the best salon, I’ve ever been to!! I am not from McAllen; I wanted a haircut and gray coverage and I saw the 5 star reviews and called assuming on a Saturday that i wouldn’t get seen. The gentleman doubled checked their schedule and a couple of hours later, had an appointment! The gentleman and his wife were multi-tasking with the 3 of us that were in the salon. He listened to a background of what I wanted and he suggested ideas and never pushed anything. After he was finished with my color and new style, I honestly was in tears. I didn’t expect the service nor the outcome. I took their card and he wrote down the suggested items for my hair. If I am ever back in McAllen and need my hair done, I’m definitely going back. He made me laugh and told me to give him 7⭐’s. If I could I would they deserve them…
