I’ve been going to Visions for several months now. I always get a crochet hairstyle installed and I’ll return several weeks later to get it taken out. One of the reasons I chose this salon was their guarantee to have your hair services completed in 2 hours. The average time that it’s taken for me to have my hair styled is 3 hours. One Friday evening it took 4 1/2 hours. I believe the reason is because they overbook. The poor stylists are working on 3 or 4 customers at the same time. To be honest, most of the work on my hair is usually done by the aides in the shop. During one visit, an aide was enlisted to even cornrow my hair to prepare for the crochet! I like my stylist. She’s nice and very competent, but I can’t afford to spend that much time in a salon so I won’t go back.

They’re OPEN. Friendly staff. You’ve got to see my stylist/ colorist Diamanté’ been going to her for years now!! She’s so knowledgeable and I can sit in her chair and feel comfortable to say “just do whatever”!! Jasmine is super awesome with eyebrows and lashes she’s a hidden treasure!!

I loved my hair and they did an amazing job with it! The scalp massage is heavenly ✨. The only thing that was a problem was that my grandmother came in pay for my hair, but the woman at the desk had a bad attitude. My grandmother is proabably the nicest woman in the world, she doesn’t deserve any attitude. I don’t care how your day was, you shouldn’t never talk to customers like that. Other than that, loved it!
