DJ is AMAZING!!! We moved to the area from AZ 5 years ago and was referred to DJ…since then she is the only place we will go for all our hair needs. She has an eye for color amd style. I just came here to get my son’s haircut at 9:45a.m. and the door was locked but there was a man in there cutting somebody’s hair. We have been here before and I really liked how the lady cut my son’s hair and how quick she was. So I tap on the door, (not paying attention to the sign) and the guy who is cutting hair turned around and said “We are closed.” and the lady whose hair he was cutting yells, “Read the sign!” VERY rudely. I’m sorry, good barbers are a dime a dozen around here. We will continue our drive to Kingwood to see Anthony at Vintage cuts where customer service is just as great as his cuts! Not all people are equipped to run a business. Would it have been too hard to politely come to the door and open it to let me know? Beings I saw somebody getting their hair cut, I assumed it was open. No need to scream across the store and be rude.

First of all I understand she’s the only one in the shop. But I tried getting in and NEVER received a phone call! I had an appointment and had to cancel due to an emergency. And I ask to reschedule and all she said was she was too busy. So I ask for a call back to reschedule for the following week. But never called back. And it’s difficult to call her because for the most part she’s either rude or is really short with you on the phone. I was really hoping for a different out come since it seemed to be an Christian atmosphere! So Frustrating !
