Nathaniel is everything you’re looking for in a barber. Professional, talented, experienced, and easy to talk to. He remembers what you talked about last time you visited and also remembers your last cut so you always have a consistent look comming out of his shop. But if you want to switch it up he also knows how to to hook you up with a fresh look that works well with your hair. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

I’m really only writing this review because the prior review that only left 3 stars makes no sense. Shear perfection sold their business and a young guy bought it and is trying his hand at independently. Nate has been cutting my hair for years and is fantastic. That 3 star review is nonsense as Visionary Fades has not even opened yet.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Nathaniel for a few years now and can say that he really is the best barber I’ve been to in Erie. His attention to detail, ability to exceed expectations, and great conversation are just a few factors that contribute to this. I recently had him do full straight razor shave for me and it blew me away – hot and cold towels, a variety of shaving creams, oils, and aftershave led to the cleanest shave I’ve ever had. Highly recommend his services especially if you’re trying to look and feel your best.
