It felt wonderful and was extremely relaxing! The prices are good and the quality exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this business. It was clean and classy.

It made my day to not only be taken care of but to hang out and enjoy my time with her. Mark was also very professional as I got my head and faced shaved. He took his time and made the experience personal. Mark always asked what I preferred to customize the service. Bottom line is I would recommend the services at Visions based on the friendly atmosphere alone but the quality of service was also very rewarding! Madison was absolutely fun and knew what she was doing. It was never about buisness as she was a great conversationalist. It made my day to not only be taken care of but to hang out and enjoy my time with her. Mark was also very professional as I got my head and faced shaved. She was friendly and professional the entire time and she absolutely SLAYED on the brows. She did a really great job on the pedicure and it was a very nice and relaxing pedi, on the manicure I was unsure of what I wanted done and actually changed my mind a couple times on what I wanted. Madison was completely patient and professional throughout the entire process and was very nice! Can’t wait to go back! I live in Greeneville so Bristol is a bit of a drive but totally worth it! I got an eyebrow waxing/shaping, manicure and a pedicure from Madison and she did amazing! She was friendly and professional the entire time and she absolutely SLAYED on the brows. She did a really great job on the pedicure and it was a very nice and relaxing pedi, on the manicure I was unsure of what I wanted done and actually changed my mind a couple times on what I wanted. Critical: ProfessionalismI received two texts this week reminding me of my appt with my stylist. When I got there, I was informed that my stylist was no longer employed there as of the previous week. They could have called and notified me given the fact that appointments and contact information is kept in their database. Instead, they let me think I had an appointment and allowed me to take time off work to show up. Upon arrival, I was told by the person at the desk, who gave no name or credentials, that she could take care of my hair as they have my color formulas in the database. They assumed they could text me regarding my appointment and then assign me to someone who’s skills I know nothing about. If I want a salon that works that way, I can go to Great Clips since a text followed by an assignment to a random chair is exactly how they operate. I’m pretty sure, however, that’s not the target demographic here. My stylist, whom I have discovered was fired for not bringing in enough money, is an excellent colorist. I’d have paid more, but Visions has now lost me completely. I used to pay $300 per appointment in Charleston, SC, and they didn’t do as good a job. She’s the first person I’ve found who can do my red just the way I like. I plan to follow her and would discourage others from going to Visions as this experience was unprofessional and felt sneaky and unethical. ** NOTE** It should be stated that while this was handled poorly and my time was not valued, I was treated politely and offered my stylist’s phone number to follow up with her.Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Hair highlightingI received two texts this week reminding me of my appt with my stylist.
