Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI got my eyebrows waxed my Kim and she took so hair hair out of my left eyebrow. When I tried to explain how I wanted it done her response was I know how to do it and have been doing it for years. It took my 3 months to grow out my hair but she messed it all up. Will not be going back again and do not recommend Kim or eyebrow waxing.

Both of my toes and hands were not done to my satisfaction. I had some polish left at the edges of my nails. Definitely, not worth paying $52 for what the quality of service I received. I did not give any tips and will definitely not return

Horrible place. Been there a couple of times. Theres one lady there that does things in a rush and leaves your nails uneven. She claims she has years of experience but she doesnt know how to keep a customer happy. Very uprupt, rude, and messy. Would not recommend to anyone.
