This hair salon has left me terribly disappointed. I’ve been coming here for the past 5-7 years usually getting the same haircut. The manager Samita has always been very nice. It wasn’t until a few months ago, I tried getting a bob (a way different request than previous years), and this was the outcome. She was nice enough to squeeze me in her schedule only to get a haircut like this. (She also had the chance to refuse service for a different day if she did not have the time to do it correctly, but instead she suggested to see her at a certain time). She took no more than 15-20 mins at the most. I requested a refund and she said she couldn’t give it to me as she had “already spent time cutting my hair,” or I could use it for my eyebrows. She advice for me to go back and fix it but I definitely do not trust her with my hair or eyebrows. I was so embarrassed to walk around like that. I went to a different hair salon the same day, was charged the same price, my hair was washed, cut and styled afterwards although the lady took her time to do it. Seriously, if you don’t have the time to do something then just say you can’t do it instead of messing up someone’s hair this bad.

They do an amazing job! I have never had a bad haircut here. They are fast and always get me in when I’m in town. A crew cut is $15 which I think is a great price!

Best haircut I’ve ever gotten!! The place is a clean and safe environment as the employees are precautious of Covid and wear a mask while working. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with, she was able to give me the exact haircut I wanted and I loved it. Would recommend for everyone!! Haircut

My favorite hair stylist is Surita. She is sweet and gives an excellent haircut you can’t expect for more. I usually go there on a Saturday cause they are very busy and you must wait at least half hour even if you had an appointment and l don’t mind that at all

The worst experience I have ever had. I went there for the keratin treatment at first they said we do keratin treatment which smooths hair. I invested money and 4 hours there but after the first was hair was same as before there was no any changes. After complaining the manager Samita said he wants to try it again and see if the keratin treatment works or not. We were okay because she refuses to give us a refund and at the second time she said if this time doesn’t work I will give you guys refund but at this time also it was the same and when I talked to her she was so rude and refuses to refund and the way she deal was the very worst experience I have ever had as customer. So I will like everyone to invest time and money with the people who doesn’t fraud and just doesn’t do any trail on your hair.
