I have gone to this salon for 10+ years! Sang hilights my gray hair….Absolutely the best ever! I feel like I am 10 yrs younger…Michelle cuts my hair…The best I have ever experienced with both Sang and Michelle!!! I have no worries anymore! Go one time and you will never go anywhere else!!! Have onoly gone e to the two of them! FOREVER! And the price? 1/4 of the price of previous salon…

I went here and had Sang do my highlights without any problems because I am allergic to hair dye. I came back this last week and saw Michele’s sister and she did not listen to me and put the dye on my scalp when I questioned her and told her I told you not to do it, she told me to be positive. I broke out 4 hours later and it just keeps getting worse. It is now four days later and I am going to the doctor because now my eyes are swollen. I would not recommend this place.

I set a appointment up for my wife to get highlights and she was very clear on what she wanted done to her hair. She called me very upset the hightlights she wanted turned into a full color the roots still showing. Went from a brunette hair to red which is not what was requested. Also noticed another hair stylist using the same brush and comb without rinsing them. When confronted with these issues the owner Michelle refused to give refund back insisted on her coming back and i told her she already had another appointment else where to fix her hair. Very bad customer service why would someone go back to same place that screwed ther hair up. I just called and reported this solon to the Texas hair commision in Austin.

Scheduled a cut and perm for my 86 yr old MIL for a Saturday at 11. Get there and he was not there yet. Still stuck in traffic on 45. No phone call??? Really?? Should’ve just cancelled then. I reschedule for a day my husband can take her. He takes her in for a 1 o’clock appointment on Wednesday. Perms her hair, she told him she wanted a trim. He tells her no, you only scheduled a perm, which is not true. He told her she had to make another appointment if she wanted it cut…….really??? He washes and rinses her hair and she asked him if he was going to put her under the dryer and he tells her, “no, you don’t want that, let it dry natural”. Sends her on her way……in chilly weather, wet head and wet shirt. Seriously? Too much trouble to do what you’re being paid to do??? They have a sign in their salon stating a $10 late fee will be charged if you don’t make your appointment on time……..where is my $10 credit for YOU not showing up and NOT calling to save me a trip. Never going back. Used to like this place but rising prices and poorer service will save me money and spend it where it’ll be appreciated. Find someone else!!!
