Visible Changes (inside The Woodlands Mall)

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLol this place is a joke… I hate even bashing a business or leaving a mean review but… $180 for the roots bleached – done on my underside of my hair. front didn’t tell the colorist that I was there so he didn’t call me back for 20 minutes. he then proceeded to rush through the job and threw me under the heater for 40 mins without checking on me once throughout the entire duration. he didn’t check my hair after someone else washed it out for him. i checked it myself and found hair falling out, uneven bleach, and the the hair by the front of my face was so orange and he pulled me back to “re-tone” my hair and rubbed off the toner with a damp towel to “not have to go through the hassle of having to rewatch my hair”. he told me it’s “totally normal to have hair falling out” (okay why not warn me before?????) He didn’t even try to get close to the roots. He missed a whole section of hair lol, the top half of the strand is bleached and the other half is my natural color. This place is terrible actually. Lesson learned. Save your time and money and effort and go else where.
