I’ve been going to this location for many many years and have always loved my haircuts. I currently have my hair cut by Melissa who does a fantastic job. This morning while running errands I had a gentleman approach me and told me that I should stay with my hairstylist because my haircut was beautiful! He said he had been a professional stylist for 35 yrs and and was so complimentary of Melissa’s skill and talent.

I’ve been having my hair styled here for years. They have lost really good talent and my last visit was my breaking point. I have waves and some texture to my hair. I specifically asked for someone who would be able to style my hair after my color. Color went great. When I get to the guy who was going to cut my hair I got the deer in headlights look. Once I saw that i asked if he was comfortable working on my hair, he reluctantly said yes. I had a gut feeling that this wasn’t going to go well. I decided to ask for management and walked out with wet just colored hair. If you have naturally curley hair or mixed race hair do not go here or if you do talk to management when you get there to make sure your stylist knows what their doing…

From the moment I set the appointment over the phone until I walked out the door the staff spoiled me rotten. I do not remember the woman’s name at the counter but she was amazingly professional and friendly. My hairdresser, Moe was wonderfully nice, fun and did an amazing job on my hair.

The stylist I had was very defensive with gentle feedback about the haircut for my kid brother. They tried to charge me $38 for a child cut because she was a level 3, which no one told me until checkout. He didn’t even have a hair wash. She had a level 1 attitude and skills, and I’ll never be going back to a visible changes again. Honestly, I shouldn’t have even paid for the cut, let alone the tip.

It was my first time here and wasn’t pleased with hair color that left me with dye on my neck and forehead. If I would of known that I had dye on my skin, I would have not given tip. When I got sent to blow dry hair the girl didn’t finish and then said she won’t charge even though I wanted it fully dry she advise the dye specialist didn’t want my hair dyed because she wanted to see if color caught on but yet I never saw dye specialist after. I also felt misinformed when I called to schedule appointment the front desk never explained I had to schedule different appointments for haircut and color even though I mentioned it was my first time at there salon. I felt so sad at end of visit that I wasn’t able to get the look I initially wanted which I explained over phone. This wasn’t the only appointment today, I had brought niece and she was supposed to get both but since they never mentioned additional appointments required she was only able to get haircut. Very disappointed and will never return, I should have been given a full refund for dissatisfaction but lucky for them I’m not one to make a scene. Hope anyone who reads this, make sure to ask a lot of questions because they don’t educate on the process of there services.

Couldnt schedule an appointment online because the appointment maker was only for returning guest. No one answered my call so i drove down there to be told told I can wait 3 hours for a master stylist and it would be $80.09 for a trim or wait for the next day to make an appointment for someone who is lower level experienced for a less costly haircut.

No wait time. Wish it were easier to schedule. Next time will request zero product in my hair, left it heavy and greasy. Stylist was upbeat and friendly. Check out process is very slow.

Wow called me the day of my event to tell me they have to push my appointment by two hours!! How unprofessional and terrible service I called two weeks in advance to make this appointment for them to do this the day of my event. Don’t trust them if you want your stuff to actually get done when you need it done!
