Maryanne McCormack began with one salon in Greenspoint Mall in Houston, Texas, and the company has grown to include salons across the state of Texas. Today, Visible Changes has hair salons located in major malls in Houston and San Antonio. Alisha B. Is amazing. Today was my second time in her chair and this haircut is even better than he first which was pretty much perfect. Her fades are flawless and better than any I have gotten at any other shop. This girl has amazing skills. She gets all the little details just right too. After just one haircut I was already comfortable enough with her to just sit back in her chair this time and tell her to work her magic and do what she thought was best. Alisha delivered yet again.. She’s fun to talk with, and just makes the entire time in her chair an amazing experience. I’m so happy now that I even prebook my appointments, Alisha is that good.

This was my first and last visit to visible changes at this location or any other location. I went there because a friend recommended this place but honestly I’ve been in such a nicer places better than this. The people working there are nice, however I didn’t feel a was having a good experience. I went because I was doing a re-touch for my balayage(my current hair salon didn’t have any close appointments). First, I think they are kind of disorganized because if I have an appointment with someone I expected that he or she finished the work with me(which most of the hair salons are) but not. The lady was with me and with someone else. After she finished the bleach, she leave for some time to the bleach take place which is good, however after that everything went bad. She sat me in the chair for wash my hair but then she left me to attend someone else and pretty much that was the last time I saw her. They don’t tell you that blowout and hairstyle doesn’t include on the price until they asked you. they didn’t even put the toner correctly cause parts of my hair are YELLOW!!!! They don’t do follow up appointments which for me is kind of unprofessional. Anyways, the owner needs to consider to changes the dynamic of this place and have priority one customer at time.

I usually go to independent hair salons but I needed a haircut today and since it’s Monday, most of them were closed, so I went to Visible Changes in Baybrook Mall. Imelda cut my hair and did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and offered different style options. The haircut came out perfect. It’s a very different experience from most salons I used to go to, where the stylists, despite being very good at their job, listened very little and always cut my hair shorter than I asked. I will go back for Imelda again.

The stylist that attempted to fix my hair tried his best with what was left on my head but I’m still disappointed and in my opinion it looks worse than when he started. I would normally just put on a hat and get over it but I’m supposed to get married Monday and I still feel hideous. I do not feel comfortable without a hat even in my own home. The stylist that attempted to fix my hair tried his best with what was left on my head but I’m still disappointed and in my opinion it looks worse than when he started. I’ve recently moved to this area and was very excited to have found visible changes while I was walking through the mall. I walked in and within minutes, I was seated and had a consultation, which was very pleasant. I made my appointment and they required a $100.00 deposit. Sadly on the day of my appointment, something very personal came up and I had to cancel. I called 10 minutes after they opened so I could let them know as soon as possible. The lady on the phone said she would cancel it, but I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back. I asked her why not, she said it was because I didn’t cancel within 24 hours. I told her that they didn’t tell me that, but it wouldn’t have mattered because this was out of my control. There’s no way I could have been able to know that I would have to cancel my appointment. Situations come up, and I called as soon as I possibly could.

Called at 10 am to make an appointment for 4 pm doing a basic hair cut and when I show up they don’t have my appointment made and wants me to do an upgrade hair cut because nobody is available and they have 5 stylists behind the counter. The girl with glasses at the counter was very rude about it also.
