Aida has been doing my highlights since she was at BoRics. She has said things to me that I thought were rude, but I just said it was because her first language isn’t English, she probably doesn’t realize how rude that sounds, how intonation effects her speech. Plus, the service was relatively cheap. But now I think she is just rude. No excuses. Yesterday I took my daughter to her. My daughter has special needs. She refused to cut her hair because she said my daughter was moving too much. So insensitive. I get that she was moving, but tons of people have cut her hair, with so much care and kindness, working with her, working with us. I don’t need perfection. Aida chose not to be one of the many kind people who have cut my daughter’s hair. It’s shocking that a person can be refused service because of a disability, but maybe that would be no problem in her country. My daughter was VERY UNHAPPY and so was I. We will not be going back.
