Every time I get a procedure done with them, I feel amazing! Their front and back office staff is super friendly and helpful in making and managing appointments. I wish I would of never gone to this establishment. I went in to get botox for my 11’s and I should have known it was a scam the way they price it out. Instead of dollars per unit, they charge a flat fee and won’t tell you the unit price. So they can give you way less product for a much higher price. Then, part of their gimic is they tell you to come back after a few weeks and if you need more they will add more. That turned out to be a lie. When I could see wrinkles already coming back after 2 weeks, I went back and she told me it would be $200 more! When I had already paid them $400. THEY ARE A SCAM and very rude. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but The Vein Clinic!!
