I’m giving 3 stars ONLY because of the 2 older women that does a great job there, they did my manicure and pedicure in the past and it was fantastic.The younger lady with the highlights in her hair, rushes and does a terrible job, this is the second time she did my mani/pedi. If it was just her I would give 0 stars if I could. I have to go get a pedicure somewhere after I paid for a pedicure there. No leg or foot massage, same with the manicure. She even left off the lotion for my hands. After she painted my nails she used her fingers to try to dot some lotion on my hands. Just ridiculous. I didn’t want to say anything because, I’ve seen nail shop videos online, and I do it want to end up as the angry black woman at the nail shop on YouTube. I just won’t go back, not taking any friends or family like I used to either. She also did my daughter’s pedicure it literally took her longer to do the polish her nails than it took to do the pedicure part. So, so disappointing. The pictures are literally about 10 minutes after the pedicure, we had to make a stop and I took the picture before I got out of the truck.

Nice experience but my gel manicure started chipping after a week and I did not slam my finger into anything. Immediately after finishing my nails there were little pits in the gel polish.

I have been here several times since moving to the area… At first, I thought their work was decent. However, my gel manicures always chipped easily. My two most recent manicures have lasted about a week then will lift and peel. Last Wednesday I went in for a Mani/pedi. I should have complained onsite but didn’t have time nor did I realize how bad my nails looked until I left. Several cuticals on my fingers were painted, there were bands of light polish on the top of my nail bed. As a result in under a day or two the Polish was getting caught in my hair and is now lifting. Disappointing even at a good price it’s not worth it to me if your nails don’t last a week. The staff is nice and I’ve never had to wait long as a plus

I had an appointment here with my five bridesmaids to get our hands and feet done for my wedding the day after. The appointment was a Saturday morning, and was made WEEKS in advance. They started on our pedicures and within minutes, the woman working on mine had cut a sizeable slit in my toe with the cuticle scissors. It bled a lot. She dabbed the blood, no apology, and put my foot back in the foot bath. When she got around to putting nail polish on my toes, the cut had turned black. She tried to paint over the cut with my pale pink nail polish but it just looked worse. That cut stayed black for over a month until it finally healed. Really cute. Then, as we were getting our hands done, a bunch of ladies came in without appointments. One of my bridesmaids told the ladies we were a party and it would probably be awhile. They wanted to wait. So the workers took them in, rushed us through and did a really rough job on our nails. The nail polish was carlessly done and they didn’t seem to care one bit that I was getting married the next day and kind of wanted my hands and nails to look nice. I never go get my nails done, so I’m not very picky but this was very unprofessional and really disappointing. Do not go there.
