So I loved my hair! The color was great, the patience it took getting there, the cut. My head looks fresh again and I love it. My stylist was super nice. However, the environment was anything BUT relaxing. The conversation between everyone with me sitting in the middle of the room… my head was in the middle of the highway of boisterous chatter and the volume was so incredibly loud… I brought headphones to listen to a book knowing I’d be there a few hours and I couldn’t hear it. I really just wanted to relax in a calm salon but it was really aggravating not being able to hear what was playing in headphones. Perhaps in the future you might sit on the same side of the room if you’re going to carry on an hour+ long conversation. If there is one thing besides this that drives me nuts it when someone is tending to me as a client but carrying on conversation elsewhere.

I’ve gotten my hair cut one time here. I loved the girl that cut my hair and she did a great job. With that being said I don’t understand why it it so hard to make an appointment? You have no online booking (heck your website is under construction and your fb is bare and says you aren’t on booksy). When you call no one answers and when you stop by they ask if you have an appointment but don’t stop cutting hair to help you make an appointment?! It’s hard enough finding a stylist you like and then when you do but you cannot get an appointment because you cannot make one it’s truly frustrating.

I found this place based on reviews and it truly earns the great reviews. Kaitlyn did an amazing job on my hair, making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Every customer was happy and either chatting with their stylist or sitting peacefully while the stylist worked, so it’s a nice group of people who work there and go there.

My favorite hair Guru Erica has moved to Virtue. As always she is spectacular. She does an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair Everytime. And the new locale is very clean, upscale, and relaxed. If you want someone who is extremely knowledgeable of hair in a pleasant location come see Erica. If you do you will never want to have anyone besides her touch your hair. My daughter now gets her hair colored by Erica as well. The awesome photos speak for themselves.

I left the salon completely dissatisfied with my hair looking yellow and white (the two colors I specifically said I didn’t want). She would not even give me half a refund or anything. I left the salon completely dissatisfied with my hair looking yellow and white (the two colors I specifically said I didn’t want). She would not even give me half a refund or anything. If I could give it a zero*0 I would . In all my years of getting my haircut and colored I have never been more disappointed and furious of how my hair turned out . I paid $130 to get my hair colored and a haircut and walked out with orange hair my hair looks nothing like the picture I showed the girl yes I had used a box color on it previously but anytime I get it done they’ve always put a toner on it and it’s always came out nice I have never walked out with orange hair .So now I have to go spend more money somewhere else to get my hair fixed or completely cut my hair off I am so darn mad
