This lady Booked me on a Sunday for Monday at 6 PM. Her and I spoke before I went in earlier on Monday morning just to verify the appointment in everything like that. So I got There are a little before 6 o’clock I went to her door it was locked I called her and she said she’s still working on the client I asked if she wanted me to wait in my car she said yes so I waited for about 30 minutes I then text her Hey girl just let me know when you’re done because I was going to lay my seat down in my car and just wait for her and then she text me back and said that she was sorry she had to go get her kids and she needed to reschedule and she did not know the other client was gonna take so long given that it was for a soak off and a new set if she had to go get her kids why would she set me up for 6 o’clock PM so I never went there obviously where I went there I just never got my nails done because she canceled while I was already there outside waiting already 30 minutes. Very unprofessional and just not something that I had a good experience with hopefully other people have a better one.
