An amazing place where they combine science & medicine to work all kinds of magic. Jeanne & Dr Poss are highly qualified, kind & engaging. I’m 61yo and for the last couple years I’d been noticing several troublesome symptoms of hormone imbalance. I got a HydraFacial and Mandi was amazing. She reviewed my skincare routine, answered all of my questions, listened to all of my concerns, and took the time to explain every step thoroughly. My skin looks amazing! This was my first time ever getting a facial and it certainly won’t be the last. Also, the online booking is super easy to use and communication was excellent. I had the best experience at VA Regenerative Med & Spa. So far had a hydro facial and Xeomin Injections on separate occasions. All I can say is I never had any facility take the time they did to analyze and thoroughly map my face. I am extremely pleased with my results from both my visits. I’m a police officer and weightlifter. While fishing, I stepped wrong and I tore the meniscus in my right knee. My pain level was a 12 on a 10-scale. After the X-rays & MRI, I didn’t want surgery, I wanted an alternative. I searched and found Virginia regenerative medicine in Marshall, Virginia. Made an appointment, had an evaluation by Dr. Poss, and that day I received Mesenchymal stem cells, Alpha-2-Macroglobulin, and platelet rich plasma injections. 4 weeks later, my pain is literally less than 1and I am beginning to return to my normal routines. Communication was prompt, clear, and simple. I was able to be seen on short notice for Xeomin. I watched the product be reconstituted right in front of me so I knew it was fresh. I was treated really well, offered numbing, and the injections were planned and done very carefully. Two days later and the product was working it’s magic with no drooping. One side of my eyebrows pull harder than the other, Dr. Poss identified this and now my results are perfectly symmetrical!
