I have been doing laser tattoo removal for several years at a different place in town. After TWENTY PLUS sessions they told me they couldn’t help me any more. Kym has done more in two sessions than all the previous ones combined. The reason is because she has the ONLY laser out there that is truly capable of removing color tattoo’s. Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere. This is the place for tattoo removal.

I just received my first laser tattoo removal session on my neck. Everyone was highly professional, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m astonished by how well the first session turned out. The whole procedure was very quick and relatively painless. I experienced instant results with all the shading being completely gone and fading the overall tattoo. I couldn’t be any happier with the first session and looking forward to continuing the removal process!

This business (VSL) is a joke. Owner does not care about clients and is not up front about pricing. Check out other laser removal businesses … they should have pricing right on the website for each area offered. The prices some of the other reviewers claim to have paid show how greedy Kym is! Her site lists 75$ for 30 minutes … not true. And don’t fall for sale pitches: hair removal takes way more than 4-5 treatments and needs to be done by a competent and meticulous hand. ~Sandra L

I had heard great things about the hydrafacial at VSL, so I slipped away from work for a half hour of pampering. Kym is so warm and friendly, she made me feel right at home! I was a complete novice to the facial experience, but now I am a fan. My skin felt great and I felt worlds better afterward. I also picked up some of the Glo Minerals products (foundation and lip pencil) and have been really happy with them. I especially appreciated that Kym was talented in choosing the colors that looked best for my skin. All-in-all a wonderful spa experience!

Very upscale and we’ll equipped MediSpa. The owner really knows her trade and you get the feeling that you are first, not just trying to sell you a treatment. Their staff is helpful and positive. The tattoo removal laser really works and is used very skillfully.

I went in to see how much it would cost to have two broken blood vesels removed from my face and she was able to give me a consultation right away and told me it should only take one treatment and she would charge $50 I was really excited since another place I called in salem said it would be $200 just for the consultation. She was able to schedule me for the following week so I made the appointment and went in for the treatment. I waited 3 weeks like she said to and seen no improvement so I called her and she said sometimes it needs more than one treatment and said she would only charge me half the price to have another treatment done so I made another appointment and went in and had the treatment done again and she didnt even charge me for it I can already see it clearing up and I am really happy with the results and her customer service you could tell she just wanted me to be happy with my experience there and I will definitely be coming back !
