I have ordered hair several times from Virgin Hair Lounge and have always received excellent customer service and great hair at an affordable price. They will even mail you the hair if you don’t have time to visit the store. And the shipping is fast you will get the hair in 2 days for only $10! You’ll spend $10 just driving to the store from your side of town. Definitely will be a permanent shopper!

If I could leave negative stars I would! Lamount is so UNPROFESSIONAL & messy. I purchased hair from his store as he was closing his salon, however he still sold & sales hair online (which means he was not going out of business completely he just lost his storefront). No where in the store nor on my receipt did it say all sales were final. I waited to install the hair I purchased from him, oh but when I did… the hair was matted and tangled after just a couple of days! I had to find him on social media to express to him that I was not satisfied with the hair I bought. I didn’t even ask for a full refund I asked if something could be done! He began to call me names and belittle me even going so far as to block me and go on live spreading lies (I don’t even know this man I just wanted to support black business)! DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HIM ONLINE OR ANYWHERE HE MIGHT BE SELLING HAIR! RUN & don’t look back. I will be taking further actions in this matter….. and his response as a business man proves my point! I can’t wait to hear from your “lawyer”. I did not ask for a full refund, I asked that you rectify the issue. I really wish I could post the screenshots of the messages. Also in checking with the BBB, Lamont has complaints as well as a C business score. So who’s really the fraud?
