Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was rushed through my full set because another customer called who did not have a appointment and she needed to get to work by 3:00…My husband had made my appointment three days prior to this. A week later my gel started to chip and peel off and I had a nail fall off, I called the owner and she refused to to fix them or give a refund, now three days after this I have now had another nail break off and all my gel chipping so I once again called back and she still refuses to fix or refund me. She is very unprofessional and the price quoted when first called doubled by the time I was done. Within the first week I already needed a fill.
