The salon was quite busy when I arrived with my son. After waiting a while for a tech to be available we were given very basic pedicure in spite of paying for a deluxe. Very little massage was involved other than the chair I was sitting in. They used all the products that I paid for and did the tasks included in price. No Personal Touch. 4 days later the Polish is chipped on one of my nails. I would go back in a pinch like I did this time. I will do a better job of planning ahead next time for my preferred salon.

My whole family and I had a beautiful experience. My technician, Victoria, that we share the same name is wonderful. I’ve had her before and she is very kind and is great designs, as well as experienced with ingrowns and is wonderful sharp lines if you ever get a French nails. The other technician Paul that took care of my mom was very patient and understanding and she had the best experience with him, my husband had Cindy and absolutely loved her she had great skills with pedis. And lastly my sister had ann the technician, ann is very patient and understanding of what we needed. She feels amazing and feels like a new person! Thank you everyone at VIP spa nails, we will be coming back ❤️

First and last time at this salon. The nail tech did not clean up around my nails following the application of acrylic powder – I asked for dip. As my nails were soaking I was asked about what color I wanted – I haven’t seen the available colors so I was brought a palette of colors. My hands were soaking so I couldn’t flip through the samples. The pedicure was great. I’m not sure if this is the normal for this salon, but I will not be a returning customer. Perhaps I shouldn’t have left looking like this, however the tech shouldn’t have let me leave his station looking like this!
