I have been going to VIP nails for years to get my eyebrows done. They do a great job I just really wish they would change the towel on the bed they have you lay down on while getting your eyebrows done. Last time I went I could clearly see hair on the towel from the person that was there before me and they just had me lay down without even changing it. Next time I will ask for it to be changed in front of me or I will just probably be going somewhere to get my brows down

it’s been my second time of getting a acrylic nail fill and I’m also studying to be a nail technician and it’s the type of salon I want to work for they take the time to listen to you and I leave each time with a good experience and they are very quick and very clean and very friendly and I live in Londonderry NH and it’s worth the 30 minutes drive and it’s cheaper than a nail salon that’s 10 minutes away from my house and sometime I will bring my friend to come along and they don’t try to “pressure” you in to buying something that you don’t want or need if you want just a acrylic nail fill with gel (1 color) you get just that they don’t try to convince you to get a design etc if you don’t want to just saying cause I’ve been to other nail salon and they try to “push” extra add ons etc and I usually just want a basic 1 color gel or fill (or a new acrylic set when needed) or a French manicure and it’s usually short /med squaroval and they understand exactly what I want I love this place and it’s very cozy too

I am so disappointed with my experience. I went a couple weeks ago and my nails came out great, this time was a disaster. I had to wait for over an hour. She did two dip coats instead of three which I almost said something about, but just wanted to get out of there. I had to point out which nails were uneven and explained that they were too wide which she didn’t seem to understand. She had to re-do three of my nails, two of them several times because white kept showing through (I get black dip). There is an indent in every single nail. I was excited to get them refreshed with new tips and I fully regret it. They look terrible. I was then charged full price after being there for two hours and hating my nails. Terrible customer service.
