Got my nails refilled Tuesday only to have a nail break the next day I return today Sat for one broken nail and polish change because polish was old did not look fresh only to be charged another 25 after paying 60$ 4 days ago . Cheap polish over priced, I have been a customer for many years well they lost me today. Got my nails refilled Tuesday only to have a nail break the next day I return today Sat for one broken nail and polish change because polish was old did not look fresh only to be charged another 25 after paying 60$ 4 days ago . Covid protocols practiced. My visit here was on a weekday. I was asked to sign a waiver before service. The pedicure chair was very comfy. Prices are a little high. My nails turned out nice with a lavender gel paint. Free parking is available. I was disappointed the tech didn’t give me my change so I could choose the amount of my tip or maybe the price changed to $50 and I didn’t understand.

This place was highly recommended by my aunt. Because they are literally less than a minute away I gave them more than one chance than I should have. My pedicure was mediocre, their water barely gets hot and my Gel manicure was done sloppy. Worst I have ever had actually that someone asked did a child do my nails. Second time, my gel polish pedicure was done improperly and sloppy causing polish to lift off toenail the same day, within minutes of being serviced and going home, only having to go back to have fixed! Overall, I find that I was charged different prices for the same particular service and then refused to be serviced when I asked why. Cheap polish, dated decor, and incompetent and unprofessional staff!

I’ve been coming to VIP for over ten years.Dee Dee has been the only one that has done my nails,feet, and eyebrows. My two big toenails have to be cut down by a podiatrist and Dee Dee hooks them up by adding some acrylic to them. She never makes me feel self conscious about my toenails.You’d never know it either because it looks so natural. Her sister Kelly is the owner and is the BOMB!..Love this place!

I Been coming here since I was little and whenever Kelly is here everything run smooth and you get what you paid for but when Kelly is not here they will try and get over on you. I wanted a full set with the nail outlined in pink. They had the audacity to up charge from 32 to 49.. To remind you I didn’t even want my whole nail painted.If You Go There I recommend Kelly.

This place …ugh! They do great work, that’s not up for debate. However, they never open on time. Or when they open at 10, there’s only one person inside, and she can only do a basic pedicure. Today, for example, I needed a pedicure and a dip refill. I arrived around 11am. They had been open for an hour. After I was informed that no one present could do a design, or even a french pedicure, they informed me that I would need to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the woman who knew how to do everything to come in for my refill, and she could do the design on my toes. I left.

Kelly is amazing!!! I have not had my nails done so perfect in such a long time and when I say perfect I mean the shape, design and the fact that she takes her time and the acrylic is perfectly even everywhere even around the cuticles!! No crusty edges!!l ladies ya’ll know what I mean
